Piano concert by Marouan benabdallah in washington DC, February 10th, 2013

A leading artist on the international concert stage, praised by The New York Times for his "resourceful pianism, lyrical instincts, and thoughtfulness" and by The Washington Post for his "compelling sense of momentum," the Moroccan pianist Marouan Benabdallah was celebrated and strongly applauded during a concert at The Phillips Collection Museum, Music Room, in Washington DC, on February 10, 2013.

Benabdallah performed works by Wagner, Bartók, and Flügelman. The composer M. Maximo Flügelman assisted to this concert.

On this occasion, Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal offered a reception, at the Chancellery, attended by Marouan Benabellah, M. & Mrs Flügelman, a large number of friends the Embassy, and sponsors of the artists.
